END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of font software (“Fonts”) provided by [Licensor Name]. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Fonts, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
Subject to payment and compliance with this Agreement, the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Fonts according to the purchased license type.
2. License Types
2.1 Desktop / Print / Logo License
This license permits the Licensee to use the Fonts for non-embedded design purposes, including but not limited to:
– Branding and visual identity
– Design systems
– Printed materials
– Books and magazines
– Posters and album covers
– Apparel graphics
– Static digital assets
– Logo and wordmark creation
Conditions
One license covers one brand or company only.
If the Fonts are used for another brand, a separate license is required.
Logos and wordmarks created using the Fonts may be used worldwide without limitation.
The Fonts themselves may not be redistributed.
For multi-user licensing, the Licensee must contact the Licensor for custom pricing and terms.
2.2 Web / App / Social Media License
Web License
A Web License is required for any website, microsite, or subdomain where the Fonts are embedded via technologies including but not limited to CSS @font-face.
Conditions
One license is required per website or domain.
Licensing tiers may depend on the number of employees within the company operating the website. The Fonts may not be shared across unrelated domains without additional licensing.
App License
An App License is required for any embedded use within:
– Mobile applications
– Desktop applications
– Software products
– Games or digital platforms
Conditions
One license is required per application or software title.
User volume or monthly active users does not affect the license scope unless otherwise agreed. For enterprise or multi-user licensing, contact the Licensor for custom terms.
2.3 Extended Desktop / Web License
The Extended License is an all-in-one perpetual license covering use across all media for one company or brand.

– Desktop and print
– Branding and logos
– Websites and social media
– Applications and software
– Games
– ePub publications
– Advertising
– Video and motion graphics
Conditions
Valid for one legal entity or brand.
The Licensee may share the Fonts with subcontractors and production partners solely for work related to the licensed brand. This license is intended for organizations expecting broad or growing usage. Custom enterprise licensing is available upon request.
3. Client Work
Designers, agencies, and studios may purchase Fonts on behalf of clients.
Conditions
The end client must be the legal license holder.
The client must comply with this Agreement.
Agencies may use the Fonts for work related to that specific client without requiring a separate internal license. The Fonts may not be reused for another client unless that client obtains its own license.
4. Separate License Requirement
Each client, company, or legal entity using the Fonts must obtain its own license.
Licenses may not be shared, sublicensed, rented, lent, or transferred to unrelated third parties.
5. Third-Party Access
The Fonts may only be accessed by employees or authorized collaborators working directly for the licensed entity.
Any third party requiring direct access to the font files—including freelancers, developers, marketing agencies, PR agencies, or production partners—must obtain their own license unless explicitly covered under an Extended License agreement.
6. Restrictions
The Licensee absolutely may not:
– Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter, rename, or convert the Fonts
– Create derivative typefaces or modified glyphs
– Redistribute or resell the Fonts
– Share the Fonts publicly or through file-sharing systems
– Use the Fonts beyond the scope of the purchased license
– Any modification or customization requires prior written approval and may require a separate custom license agreement.
7. Ownership
The Fonts and all related intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the Licensor.
This Agreement grants only the right to use the Fonts and does not transfer ownership.
8. Payment
Payments are processed securely via approved third-party payment providers, including:
– Credit Card
– PayPal
– Apple Pay
All prices and transactions are processed in EUR unless otherwise specified.
9. Termination
This license automatically terminates if the Licensee breaches any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease use of the Fonts and delete all copies.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Fonts are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
The Licensor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Fonts.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of [Country / Jurisdiction].
